Hi, welcome to my website! I am a new Doula, with The Elite Doula Company. My husband Caswell and I live just outside Bristow, Oklahoma, which is about 30 minutes from Tulsa. At this time we do not have children, though we hope to in the near future. Other than being a doula, I am also a horse trainer.
What is a doula? A doula is your advocate before and during your birth. I am here to make sure that your needs and wants are met. I understand every birth is different, so your needs will be different even if this is not your first birth.
Are you adopting instead of birthing? I am also an adoption coach. I am here to help adoptive parents understand the adoption process.
My Philosophy: God created women to be pregnant and give birth, it’s a natural part of life. Women are strong and unique. Birth is a beautiful thing. Let me help you go through this new chapter of your life as smoothly as possible.

Home Visits
A doula who conducts home visits provides personalized support to individuals or families in the comfort of their own homes before, during, and after childbirth. Home visits offer a more intimate and familiar setting for receiving doula support, which can be particularly beneficial for those who prefer to give birth at home or who want additional support beyond hospital or birth center care.
Lactation Consultant
A lactation consultant is a professional who provides guidance and support to mothers and families regarding breastfeeding and lactation, taking into account the physical, emotional, and environmental factors that can affect breastfeeding success.
Birth Doula
During pregnancy, a doula may offer education and guidance on birth preparation, including relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and birth plans. During labor and delivery, they provide hands-on comfort measures, emotional reassurance, and advocacy to help ensure the birthing person's wishes are respected. This can include providing massage, suggesting position changes, and offering encouragement.
