As your postpartum doula some of the things I might help you with is newborn care. I offer guidance and education on newborn care, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and soothing techniques. I can help you feel more confident in your caregiving abilities and provide reassurance during moments of uncertainty. 

I also will provide emotional support with compassionate understanding to you as new parents as they navigate the emotional challenges that can arise during the postpartum period. This may include helping them process their birth experience, offering reassurance and encouragement, and providing a listening ear for their concerns and anxieties.
